HVAC Prime – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of refrigerants and HVAC products. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the factory seal intact.
• All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping is free for authorized returns within the United States. A 25% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@hvac-prime.com with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.

Return Instructions

Before sending any returns, email us at support@hvac-prime.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• The product name or SKU
• The reason for return
• Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond with the return address and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (2–5 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.

Important Notes

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
• Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
• Returns that do not meet our conditions may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
