It's crucial to highlight that the crew never rushed through the job, ensuring no corners were cut and everything was executed well beyond what I anticipated. I'm naturally suspicious about repair companies due to many bad experiences. However, they repaired my A/C in less than one day, the service fee was a reasonable $150 plus $125 for refrigerant, and everything works great! What more could you want? And the people are respectful and considerate. I'm very happy! I can see why they have so many five star reviews! The only thing I would change is that their website doesn't make me feel trust - but they proved to be a great company!!!

When I decided to install an HVAC system (Mitsubishi Mini-Split units) at our house, I obtained quotes from several companies. Upon meeting Serghei from Prime Systems, I immediately knew he was the right choice for the job. Not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable about HVAC systems, which is crucial in his profession, but he also stood out for his consideration of our house's aesthetics. While other companies simply measured the rooms and provided estimates, Serghei took the time to walk around the house with me, discuss various ideas, address all my questions, and propose a creative solution that would avoid making holes or running cables along the facade of the building, thus preserving its appearance. Although two other companies offered slightly cheaper quotes, I was convinced that Serghei would deliver a superior result, so I decided to hire him. My decision proved to be correct. Serghei's crew, led by Liviu, Lakiv, and Denis, did an outstanding job. The quality of their work was exceptional, and everyone conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Sergei installed my heat pump and replaced my old furnace earlier this year. Service was fast. During furnace replacement, we noticed the vent in the laundry turned on by itself and would not shut off. He had his electrician take a look and apparently its a common issue, which got fixed. He also gave the best quote. Heatpump has been working great and was a life saver in the summertime. Great service, installation took only two days (one for heatpump + furnace and another for electrical), and low cost.
We woke up this morning with no heat in our house and 16 degrees F outside. Iakiv was quick to come out to our home and was very knowledgeable about what to look for and how to fix the problem once he did find it. He was able to provide us with a solution that has fixed our heat issue while also avoiding a much costlier solution that we were afraid we might have to go to. He was very friendly and polite and we felt very comfortable with him. Thank you, Iakiv for fixing our heat!
We reached out to many companies to do the duct work for kitchen hood, but finally chose this company because Sergei was very knowledgeable and the quote was reasonable. WOW!!! I could not be more impressed by this team. We were informed of a carbon monoxide leak from our existing furnace and it had to be decommissioned. I called this company and they came out to do an estimate the very next day. They were punctual and professional with their estimate, and the quoted price was less than our previous estimates from other companies. When we hired them for the job, they got started on install the following day. Within one week of decommissioning our furnace we had a brand new furnace and HVAC system installed and functioning perfectly! An added bonus - installers were extremely professional and neat! We could not be happier with the provided service and will continue to use this company for any future needs.
Denis did an incredible job installing the flexible duct of the exhaust outlet for the vent fan in my bathroom - I was very stressed before the installation as the fan was very close to the fire distinguisher water line and the space is tight. Turned out Denis not only installed the duct without any incident, but managed to do it without opening an additional hole on the ceiling. It was above and beyond my expectation!
